After graduating from Belmont, Bryant managed a live music venue. After two years of increased record attendance, she pivoted and began working on the record label side of the business — first at Universal Music Group and later on the Commercial Partnerships team at Sony, where she managed relationships with digital service providers. In 2018 she launched her own management company, Riveter Management, which is the home of hip-hop star Trippie Redd. Bryant served as the Vice President of W.M.B.A. (Women’s Music Business Association) in 2019. She was a member of S.O.L.I.D. (Society Of Leaders In Development) and the Country Music Hall of Fame Troubadour Advisory Council. She was honored with the Nashville Business Journal’s Women in Music City Award in 2018 and 2019. Ann JacksonChief People and Culture Officer, Oak View GroupAnn Jackson is the Chief People and Culture Officer for Oak View Group. As CPCO, Ann is responsible for all aspects of OVG’s global human resources strategy including talent management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, and DE&I. Prior to joining OVG, Ann was at Charter Communications since 2017. Before Charter, Ann worked at Madison Square Garden for 16 years where she served in a number of increasingly senior HR roles as MSG increased its presence across NYC and the country with the Beacon Theatre, The Chicago Theater and The Forum. As Vice President of Human Resources, she supported the facilities team, MSG Entertainment, and MSG Sports. Ann holds an MBA from Southern Connecticut State University. She is an avid sports fan and supports every NYC team, even the one that plays in New Jersey (NY Giants not NY Jets). Candice WatkinsVP, Marketing, Big Loud RecordsCandice Watkins is the Vice President of Marketing for Big Loud Records. She joined the Big Loud team in 2018 after exiting her role as Senior Director of Marketing & Artist Development at Universal Music Group Nashville, where she managed a quarter of the label group’s roster including Dierks Bentley, Lady Antebellum, Shania Twain, Vince Gill, Lauren Alaina, Kip Moore, Mickey Guyton and more. Her prior career stops include Red Light Management, mobile marketing and promotion company Mozes Inc., Borman Entertainment as Keith Urban‘s day-to-day manager, Martingale Entertainment managing Hunter Hayes, and her own company, First22. Watkins began her journey in the music business while attending Northeastern University and USC. She is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry events and has been featured in numerous publications including Nashville Lifestyles, Nashville Scene, Billboard, and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
